1. Do these bonsai trees require watering or sunlight?
No, they do not. Each tree is crafted from naturally preserved juniper and moss. The preservation process completely replaces the natural sap of the plant, keeping it in a fresh, soft state without any need for watering, misting, soil, or sunlight. In fact, keeping the tree out of direct sunlight helps protect its color from gradual fading.
2. How long will a preserved bonsai tree last?
With minimal care and proper indoor placement, a preserved bonsai can easily maintain its beautiful appearance for 5 to 10 years or even longer. Since the plant is no longer growing, it will never lose its artistic shape, drop leaves, or require seasonal trimming.
3. How do I clean and care for my bonsai?
Maintenance is incredibly simple and only takes a few minutes every few weeks:
- Dusting: Use a soft, dry brush (like a clean makeup brush) or a hair dryer on a strictly cool, gentle airflow setting to blow away dust.
- What to avoid: Never use water, wet wipes, sprays, or chemical cleaners, as moisture can damage the preserved foliage.
- Environment: Keep the tree indoors in a room with stable humidity and away from direct heat sources like radiators or active air conditioners.
4. Are these pieces safe for home environments and pets?
Yes, completely. The materials used in the preservation process are non-toxic, eco-friendly, and perfectly safe for households with children and pets.
5. How do you ensure such a fragile piece arrives safely?
We design custom packaging for every tree. The base is tightly secured with expanding polyurethane foam, while the top is stabilized with tension ropes. For our large masterpieces, we build internal metal frames and crossbars to guarantee 100% safe worldwide delivery.

6. Can I request a custom size or specific trunk design?
Absolutely. Since every tree is fully handcrafted, we welcome custom orders. If you need a specific height, width, or a unique trunk shape to fit your interior, please visit our Contacts page to share your ideas. Please note: due to international postal regulations, there are maximum size and weight limits for worldwide shipping, but we will do our best to create the largest masterpiece possible within those rules.
